I just can't get past the extremely annoying characters in it. It's like they're trying to be different and failing hard at it. Most of the comedy falls flat because it's hard to care about such annoying people. Static characters just don't do it for me.

The fact that B-Gata H-Kei is on the top 10 list depresses me so much.
This was a terrible show. It's not erotic, it's not funny, it's just shit. It doesnt even get any awards from me for being so over the top 'offensive' as to be memorable in some way, because the only way it could offend anyone as by being so unfunny. It's just a complete failure at comedy that I wanted to like so badly- the premise sounded hilarious and sexy - but just...ugh. Oh well, at least it's only 10 and not higher, then I'd just lose faith in people's ability to judge anime for good.

Well, Tenshi's certainly a bit moe, although I'm personally getting kind of tired of emotionless girls like her, Nagato and Ayanami having so much popularity that they take a lot of screen time with their dullness. Out of this list Yui seems like a much more fun person to have around, unlike Tenshi and Mio who can seemingly do nothing but blush in response to affection and (in Mio's case) complain.
Rei isn't emotionless like Nagato.
Rei just hides her emotions what doesn't work all the time and she lets herself go once in a while :)
Kanade hasn't blushed in response to any affection, just politely accepted it.

All because shows are ecchi or add a bit of moe to their characters does not mean that they have no plot. Arakawa even has plot and character progression even if it is covered up by a whole lot of random. B Gata H Kei certainly has the characters changing and Angel Beats and Ichiban have a lot of plot driven elements to them.
I love RAINBOW too though, it's very story driven but that's simply because that is the only way that type of anime works much like when MADHOUSE did Mouryou.
