Many of these are *NOT* failsubs, including gg trolling VLC users as the taunts could be seen only on VLC (and possibly other buggy ASS parsers). For few of these caps I can't even see a reason to capture them since at least I can't see anything notable in them, while most seem like failsubs only because they are taken out of context (and in some cases are even correct, because the show itself is crazy, e.g. Hayate no Gotoku).

Most of these are less about fail-subbing and more about the rhetoric of the actually shows. I mean they're contradictory/redundant, but they're supposed to be.

Failsubs aren't incorrect translations. They're subs that say stupid things. Even if it's in the original, it's still a failsub.
Half are only failsubs due to the language difference. In quite a few what's written is what is actually being said, but it doesn't work in english.
