The yu-gi-oh one is legit, guys. In that episode, Yugi is dueling using another person's deck that contains only non-effect, monster cards. Yugi slips in a card called "Heart of the Underdog" into the deck. The japanese name for the card is "Bonkotsu no Iji." They took some liberties, but it's really not a legitimate fail.

I haven't seen the Netherlands one before. It made me lol.

However, one has to bear in mind that some of these screenshots might be altered ASS files, or taken out of the context. For instance, the screenshots from Hayate no Gotoku, Saki, Utawarerumono, Kurenai, Lucky Star, Ouran, Zero no Tsukaima, or Ichigo Mashimaro, that all was true to the original. They really say what is translated in the subtitles.
The extreme typos and terrible grammar mistakes are a different story. I wonder why anyone even bothers to translate something with such poor knowledge of English, or why they don't have it checked by a proof-reader and QC.
