MoeHaku 2010 Itacycles: Motorcycles & Bicycles in Profusion

MoeHaku 2010, in addition to cars and cosplayers, also saw many two-wheeled vehicles resplendent in anime livery, both bicycles (“itachari”) and motorcycles (“itatansha”).
Lack of surface area and more complex surfaces put such vehicles at a disadvantage (and certainly requires vast numbers of detail shots), but they seem to acquit themselves all the same.

When mentioned there were ita-bicycles, I was thinking on the lines of,
"How the heck can anyone apply any decent amount of embellishment on a skinny two-wheeler?"

The bicycles were amazing.Esp the Chihaya and the Vocaloid+Speakers one.
Some of those don't have good color matching, So no matter how much stickers are on them, they look a bit off.
These paintings ruin the anime and the vehicle at the same time.
I would ride a pink Itasha with PRIDE. Better than the boring black and dull colors with normal bikes. I'm sick of that crap now.
this guy at work has a moto that's painted to look like a dragon. how is that any different from this?

LOL DUDE u totally read my mind i've got a 250 ninja and its black and i was just thinking on my ride home today that i'd put on blue flame decals on the headlights on the left hand side hahahaha GO BRS! mabye i'll post some pictures on the forums wen i get all the decals done...dont really have much in ideas as to wat else i should do haha~ =(

In all honesty I think anime and vechiles don't mix well at all.
The artwork is nice and some of the vechiles are nice; but much better apart than together.
