This. I must agree entirely. I'm glad to read this amongst the surprisingly (dishearteningly) few comments in the wife's defense. Someone wronged her sexually, and the aggressor should be punished. I wouldn't have tried to get him for indecency, rather for sexual assault. What he did was wrong, she said no which means no sex from her. If he had a problem with her decision, he should have found another woman who would accept him. It wouldn't have been right, but it would have been more forgivable than sexually assaulting his wife.

I think it's a very clear case, though proving it happened with just a hardened bit of toilet paper would be quite a stretch.

I'm glad to see they are getting divorced, she doesn't need to be with a man who would do that, and he should find a woman more willing to have sex with him.

"Most people" do not consider marriage to mean consent, and if someone either has sex with or does something sexual to someone without their consent, that is always wrong, married or not.

Yes, the wife should probably seek a divorce if she is no longer attracted to her husband, but that does not in any way make jizzing on her without her consent okay.
