Oh man, Ragnarok Online. I had great memories on that game, and spent ages 14-17 playing it with my best friend. I moved on to WoW since then.

Gravity basically dropped their project before even getting the basics finished of the norman race, let alone the two new races.
It's been picked up by small groups for development. They are locked out of the second race for some reason, there aren't even resources for the third race created.

Some MMOs just never go away. People are still playing Ultima Online and Lineage. RO might stick around for just as long, if not longer.

Oh god, Ragnarok Online. I have played every MMO that came out before it, and since but nothing else holds my interest like it does. I wonder why? I love it so much still.
I think it's probably because I still have many online and real life friends that still play it. And I love dressing my character up and making her cute. I love the combination of headgears and hairstyles and class clothing and colours...
True story: If there was a class I thought was cute, I'd get it just to play dress-up on it. I had like, a gypsy, a lord knight, a high priest, a champion, a sniper, and a biochemist just because they were cute. That fucking game ate my junior and high school years. Can't get back into it... need to finish this year of uni... but I want to play it so bad >_<
