If you've got the show downloaded you can cut any clips you want from it on a PC using Windows Moviemaker. I've done it - but I warn you - Moviemaker wasn't described as, 'The editing deck from hell', for nothing. Firstly you may have to convert the file into something Moviemaker can read.

They do not fall anywhere near uncanny valley, are you sure you watched the video you linked yourself? Vocaloid characters during the live are still stylized and enhanced realism through high polygon, movements, and effects they achieved through lighting and transparent projector screen technology they used.
