Ooh this is nice. I love seeing the people responsible for such great works. I read all of their little side comments in the manga and get to know them better through that. There are still quite a few that I wanna get to know what they look like.

Sure it takes an extremely long period of time to develop your skills but that depends on how much you notice your mistakes. It varies from person to person. Once you've gained drawing experience sketching can take no less than 5 minutes. So supposely the more you draw and notice your mistakes the faster you will learn.

I can see female artist being able to maintain a healthy appearance while being able to draw sufficiently. It would just be simple time management. I'm sure they allow time for themselves while being able to work.

Can't just be talented, gotta be sexy as well.
