They don't need DNA proof. The girl was not even allowed to leave the HOUSE. Once hired as a 'maid' she was kept as an unpaid slave, raped, beaten, starved, and not allowed to leave or contact her family.

Sad part is that most lawyers i seen, (not all), are like this, these ones are just open to it. A lot people who know the loop holes in the law can do anything, and the other people who have the money can do all they want since they can pay ppl to do this. I would have made all cops and lawyers who had any take in this at all be arrested on the spot, and charged. That way, the entrance is freed and the case can continue.

Also, isn't threatening to burn someone alive count as a death threat, meaning they can be charged?

(not sure if all cops were part of this, but there must have been a way to punish all those doing this)

This is about some Pakistanis. Islam hasn't even been mentioned. The fact the girl was a Christian is irrelevant - I bet the same would've happened if she was a Muslim, too. It's not like those other dodgy news posts about people claiming they can punish rape victims because of some blah blah Islamic law they read about, it's a bunch of Pakistani lawyers deciding to beat up and/or kill ANYONE who tries to go against them. They themselves said 'anyone', and that's exactly what they mean, Muslim or not. Seriously, some of these people kill their own family members over plots of land. My friend's uncle was shot in the head by his own brother over a plot of land barely larger than my garden! Someone should've taken advantage of the fact they were all together in one place and lobbed a petrol bomb at them or something. Would've taken out a good few. I imagine those suits would burn quite easily...

All life is sacred, but when someone willingly takes another life in a manner such as this, completely disregarding the other person's rights, taking away their future, and then using corruption to hide themselves from justice, they show that they themselves aren't worthy of the gift of life.

In such a case I'll volunteer to strangle the person to death myself.
