A friend of mine used to have hueg boobs until she got boob-reduction surgery done last year. She couldn't really wear anything without it looking undecent... Polo-shirts and other clothes with complete coverage made it look as if she had shoved balloons under her shirt. Anything normal looked too skimpy on her because there was too little fabric over the chest area. Wearing any bulky shirts or coats to hide her boobs under made her look like a big, wide log of fat (she has a tiny waist and wide hips/shoulders). So pretty much a lose-lose situation for her.
She never had any problems with her back though, but then again she habitually lifted weights in the gym and had pretty strong core muscles. I lament my lost interest in big-chested women, but after hearing about all the problems my yuri collection contains more average as well as dfc boobage. :-/
