True. The problem is the PS3 is designed for high bandwidth in mind while the 360 is more designed with current era pc performance of lower latency. It’s really hard to design games with both design philosophies at heart so to be honest you have to really half ass your development to make something look good on both systems or cut one short. That’s why games developed for each system specifically look so strong because both are strong environments if you take their strengths to heart.

Here Sega just really did a horrible job porting the game because I think it was designed more for the 360′s hardware which means a port is incredible hard (and apparently sega has no good developers left ; ;… *hugs his Saturn and Dreamcast*)
