It’s clear he just wants the daki and mousepad, both of which are not available for the PS3 version. In fact, the PS3 non-Japanese version doesn’t even have a box.

Modern Warfare 2 Naughty Limited Edition replaces the airport civilian massacre into an interactive h-scene with action button and cursor-fire buttons to do “specific” things. Also adds significant portion of female characters to the storyline, and multiple endings.
