Dancing Robot Dollfie Quite the Spectacle

dancing-dollfie.jpg

The owner of a Super Dollfie was so dissatisfied with the refusal of his charge to dance that he rebuilt the doll as a robot and had that dance for him. The happy event is captured in two videos, reproduced below.

IevanPolkka:

Mozart’s “Turkish March”:

The doll’s homepage: “dancingdoll.”

With virtual figures, sex robots and now dancing dolls, it seems a new era is dawning for the desperate.

I really like were this is going.
but an idea just came into my head is this Doll the anti Miku? I mean one talks the other doesn't, one exists inside the computer the other outside the computer , both need to be programmed by someone else. I am not saying it will take Miku's place i am just saying is very opposite of her.

I have one of those Volks Dollfies, a Yo-SD (about the size of a GI-Joe but looks like a child). I worried that those things would grow sentient and scuttle around the house while I slept and now it may just come true.

Only thing I would ask for is that they add an eye-blinking mechanism so the dolfie would look more convincing. OK, the articulated legs could be covered with knee socks for the zettai ryouikki killer touch. ^_^

Much to my surprise, I didn't find the dolfie creepy. After all, it's not a living being with a conciousness of its own. Ne? Ne? Ne? Ne? Ne...? *Cold sweat starts trickling, knees start to shiver....*

In the not too distant future, otakus will put cutting-edge military chips into their dolls in order to get them to become so lifelike. Soon there will be a time when these dolls are everywhere and everyone wants one, when this happens, make sure you've locked up your power tools including nail/staple guns, lawnmowers or any other potentially dangerous tools. You do not want to be one of those penis mutilation stories when you tried to have sex with your doll.

I would really have exploded my head if I saw it danced like a real person, this is close but she needs to be able to run around, move her fingers, move her mouth, move her eyes, then put a speaker in her... then with a quick redesign you'll have a Hatsune Miku loli-idol dancing-singing super sensation, able to sell millions? Of course, it would need to be reprogrammed easily, in a user/idiot friendly way...

Then you just need to recreate it 1/1 scale.
    Give it a onahole.
Give it a personality that works when it aint' dancing, then have it cook, clean and play video games with people, and it'll sell in the BILLIONS, maybe trillions.... on 1-driod to 1 human level!?

So, here's my thoughts on this:

Since otaku and doll-lovers want their dolls/robots to be as close to humans as possible, I assume they do want another human's comfort and warm. Meaning their talk about not wanting real girls is bullshit, they just cant get it. And the irony of it, they chose not to get it themselves.

    Wanna be like them?

They have to high standards. Also they are shy or simply cowards and are afraid to get hurt.
    And last but not least.
They want ideal girl not real girl.

Also dont forget about power and authority.
Dollgirl(with AI) will be under total control. You (propably) can programe her to love you, obey you and be nice to you no matter how much jerk you are. And she will be always on your back, support you, always loyal and ready to help. In this case even if you are stupid ugly bastard you can trust her 100% without worry.
Of course for now this not gonna happen but wait. This will happen someday. I hope.

Personally from a girl's stand point, this would have been the ultimate Christmas toy. Seriously, this is amazing and dare I say, beautiful in a way. Something about it (though it's ace is pretty expressionless) is just kind of shocking; to know that some guy would go out of his way to rebuild the doll to make it dance is a bit far o.o

Seriously though, stop questioning when they're gonna make girls "real" like this and go find one that will -w-; I'm a girl and could do all those things if I chose~
