Dance in the Vampire bund! Where is it?
Durarara! seems to be the best anime of the season until now.
Baka to test is much better so far... Durarara would be second, followed by Nodame and Ookami... That list is fairly accurate as of now, except Hidamari and Ladies v Butlers.

Why i am missing Dance in the Vampire Bund? Was far more interesting then most of the animes in list.
baka to test to shoukanjuu is about idiots, tests, summoned beings, voyeurs, cross dressing guys, flat chested girls and not so flat chested girls.. whats not to like?

Even after some anon spoiling about each main char are actually the leader of the hostile gangs (The Dollars, The Yellow and some knigth wielding katana) in the novel, he still persistent at claiming it full of yaoibait.
FYI: the Dollars are somewhat like the extreme version of 2ch & 4ch
The list is good, but i'd like it to include Dance in the Vampire bund, is all... I question those who created this for just that, other wise, it's fine

I'm surprised few of the comments would discuss or mention Hidamari Sketch x Hoshii Mittsu even though it's on no. 1. I guess people only care it it's a KyoAni anime.

People only care if it's a KyoAni anime? I'm sure what you meant to say was "wow, there are still people left who know what quality is". I've seen the first two seasons so far and Hidamari is definitely one of the best shows out there. They managed "cute" and "light-hearted" successfully without using that dreaded "moe" (shudders).

Actually what I meant was, the only KyoAni anime that I (or most likely anybody else can think of) is Haruhi Suzumiya. Actually, after looking it up, I am suprised that they have made quite a few good anime. So excuse my brain for not containing all the knowledge in the universe, and for not being able to predict your comment.
Also, I was referring to the fact that people look more at the quality of a title than the studio that produced it. Stupid, eh?

Katanagatari look like the only great anime with both Dance and Ookami trailing in the okay catagory. Everything else looks to be shit.

Too many type B shows this season. Shows like Ladies versus butlers and Baka to test might as well just skip the mediocre filler and go straight to full blown hentai. It certainly couldn't hurt their quality (or lack thereof).
Oh well, at least thanks to these two shows, chu-bra, a show focusing almost entirely on the underwear of middle school girls, is not the worst show this season.
Durarara!! is somewhat slow but entirely kickass.

Nodame, Hidamari and Sora no Woto are all on my to watch list. Durarara!! is a maybe for me, it seems to be interesting, and Katanagatari looks very promising. I'm guessing Katanagatari may top off the real list, but Hidamari has a good core following.

I personally can't take another show set in a goddamn wacky high school anymore. The setting in itself is completely useless due to all of the character types they keep rehashing. It's been rammed down our cocks like a shoot of bamboo and it's been just as painful for me.
Not to mention you aren't PAYING to watch it

I didn't read one of those titles and think "I was looking forward to that." =/ Then again, I've almost completely stopped watching anime. Lately, I've been more into manga, both new and classic.
The list looks as if the majority of the people asked were rather young. Most of those series seem to be as generic as it can get. IMO of all those, only "Sora no woto" shows some promise, and only if it goes for plot not for moe...

I'm betting right now when "Top 10 Anime of Winter 09/10 According to Dengeki" comes out, it'll be on the list. Surprised Sora no Woto isn't higher, seeing as it's this seasons K-On
Numbers will change, more or less doubt the anime themselves will change considering there isn't that much more (aside from Hentai) coming out..

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu and Ladies versus Butlers are both some of the worst anime i have ever seen. Not only do they blatantly copy other anime (more butlers than test), they do it poorly. I cannot believe they're so high on that list unless people are just desperate to see some nudity.
And vampire bund isn't even on it when it is the best show in the season?

Baka test is a high tier comedy light novel.
I think you are watching it too seriously.
If it was seriously a test for how many anime cliches you could cram in to one show, it would get 100% and thus get an invulnerable avatar.
The light novel is also quite good. It's really funny how the start each chapter.
