I totally love this game especially the hero Yamato not your typical lame harem lead show.
Best heroine of course Momoyo second would be chris (can't get enough her baka-baka-baka) third would be kazuko
not to mention a BAMF PM.
though i only like chris > wanko > mayu routes as a whole, momo route a little bland except for the climax story arc which was the best, and miyako route was flat out bad.
can't belive this sold more then Yoake Mae yori Ruri-iro na or mashiphony(whihc IMO has one of the best written eroge this year)
although some of the individual routes are good but as a whole the game is really a little disappointing.
though all is forgiven with the best develop tsundere i've seen in a while, Ba~ka ba~ka XD.

How on Earth did Alice 2010 land up on #6? It's just a fan disk, containing mostly a remake of Rance 2 (a PC-98 game) and some mishmash of its more recent games.
Either Alicesoft has alot of fans willing to buy anything it sells, or the rest of the market is in shambles. Out of all the new and full games in 2009, they lost to a fandisk released in December?
Alicesoft = automatic buy for alot of people(myself included)

I'll admit Watashi ni koi shinasai would probably be #1 in a real poll/complete sales ranking,even with the awful seiyuu work during ero moments, but a lot of them are also average/bad games released crently..
Course people don't care/will not realize it, but eh... Maybe one or two will..
And vaporware award of the year goes to 0verflow's Cross Days. Probably gonna win the award for next year too if they postpone it couple more times.

Sadly, the popular games end up with shitty anime adaptions.
Well I wouldn't say they're outright shitty, but yes, usually they're not quite as good as the original (like Clannad). But you have to give it to them that they just don't have the time and length to flesh things out like the originals do so they just have to cut stuff out even if it's good.

I liked Majikoi (man I loled HARD,and Yukie the girl in the pic was awesome) but first place is just to much,Moon Cradle is the same shit,and Alice 2010 is a bunch of remakes.
But Baldr Sky was awesome...and where the hell is Muramasa!?...nice that Tenshin Ranman Lucky or UNLUCKY!? made it to the top 10...also liked Shukufuku no Camppanella but I give it tenth place.

Also, Giga announced more Baldr Sky goodies this year..wonder what it'll be..
Nice to see one of Windmill's games in the top 10. Hopefully they'll make a true sequel to Happiness in the near future. I need more Jun Watarase.
Himegari Dungeon Meister was so incredible. It had amazing artwork, awesome situations, a pretty actually awesome story AND the game was fucking fun as hell. If you haven't played it, you should.

luckily just finished eternal yumina, and going through the individual routes of zettai maou now and i really need to hurry up and finish sakurano route so that i can clear mashiro iro symphony from my drive >_>
glad that currently only 2 games pique my interest this month.
Amen to that! And some of the music was pretty good as well. Definitely a must play if you're an Eushully fan.

I'm surprised the Tayutama fandisk got so high. Didn't play the original game but the protag in the anime pissed me off.
I bought five of those games (2-5, 7). Still need to pick up Majikoi.
Crap! I meant 8, not 7.
The games on the list pretty much deserve their place on the list, except Shuffle! which I wouldn't really consider that a "new" game in the strictest sense. I also liked Nega0 from Eternal and Signal Heart from Purple Software, but that's a matter of personal opinion.

agreed on shuffle, though i can't say anything about the other two since i haven't played it yet. and i definitely think that sharin no kuni, himawari no shoujo should make it to the list. oh, and kira kira too. ( just personal opinion though~)
