Some of them really aren't that bad at all.

This is surprisingly good. Some are gorgeous! Which is unusual, since their line of work doesn't require good looks.

Not all of em are bad. Anyway, its the anime girls that otakus fap to, for the most part.

I have to say they are not nearly as bad as I was thinking they would be.

I also notice that the pictures themselves do not seem completely serious for all of them. The pictures themselves may have been taken at awkward moments for most of them. I can't really judge how they all look unless there are multiple pictures of them in different situations. Hell maybe some of them just are not currently wearing makeup or perhaps were trying to be funny-looking for some reason or another. I can not judge based upon one picture alone.

There are that many people who do voices for porn? I figured it was a pool of five-ish actresses who made a living by squealing like cats.

The picture suffers from an absolutely ridiculous amount of compression artifacting. I guarantee you some of them would look better if not for the terrible blocking chopping and blurring in a lot of places.

And a few of them are actually damn hot. Most of them are at least average. Though there are a few that are absolutely frightening.

I wonder if these people enjoy their work.

Honestly, it looks like a pretty fair cross section of the female populace. Probably as good looking, or maybe even a little better than had this been a mosaic of 133 completely random women.

That isn't even a good representation of the seiyuu there, its as if the author tried to take the worst photos he could find. It looks like most of the pictures were taken without makeup, there are definitely better photos out there. Just search some of the names up on google and most of the pictures will be of a higher quality.

Finally, a list of names I can actually recognize! I just can't recognize their real names most of the time. Anyway, I'm glad most of my favourite seiyuu don't look too bad (given that these pictures are still fairly recent), like かわしまりの, 柚木かなめ, 涼森ちさと, 海原エレナ, etc., and my personal two favourites, 三咲里奈 and 一色ヒカル look pretty decent. I'm kind of dissapointed about how 民安ともえ, 青葉りんご, and まきいづみ (if only she looked a bit younger but otherwise ok I guess) look though. I'm even more surprised that seiyuu like 松田理沙 and the ever popular 風音 aren't here.

So amazing how shallow the otaku still are.

Well...i actually found quite some doable ones in there, seems to me like a good profile of normal japanese women. You know, not the ones from your pr0n folder.

times are changing, otaku-tachi are not like in the past, a new generation is coming many years ago.

Example, 1 friend I have, loves play games, passing through Snes, PSX, PS2 and now PS3, he bought those consoles, not emulators and played a lot of games, but, he likes dance go to discos and always get a new gl when broke out.

My another friend, it's a otaku of manga, loves read, more than watch anime, always talks me about what he reads, and likes go to rave parties, drink and more thinks like that, very social person.

And these things are happening in Japan, too.

Am I missing something? There are a few uh...less attractive individuals there, but by and large they seem pretty average and even quite cute in a few cases. Besides, i can guarantee that with both ero and regular anime seiyuu, they look better than 95% of the western voice actresses that I've seen.
