this is actually a pretty great show beyond just the fanservice stuff. good story with a positive message, funny, good characters (yeah so what if you dont like his nose, at least this anime dude's actually a MAN for once! He inspired me to buy a baseball bat!), nicely animated, etc. Just a fun, light hearted, funny anime + boobs.
besides, the majority of anime every year actually DOESNT focus on fanservice, but i guess you have to be a fanservice fan to realise that? seems that haters are the only ones that dont see that. If fanservice was all that was left in anime, would shows like Requiem for the Phantom exist? or how about all the moe crap, which actually pretty much doesnt have any fanservice (unless you count moe characters themselves as constant fanservice creatures)?

this is really late, and im a different anon, but i got from the story something like "don't give up on people". At a time when the hikikomori pop in japan is rising i think this anime has some good mesages relavent to the current times. the charger girls go around just doing their job of charging depressed people, but plug figures out that people arent just like toys with batteries, that even the most far gone people can be saved with the right incouragement and stuff. so you know, "talk to one of those hikikomori neighbors of your's and you might be surprised".
ouh cmon, juuden-chan is not that bad. maybe the story is a bit... well, let´s say trapped in purgatory or some other goddamn place or not existing. but it´s quit entertaining in some weird, aika-ish kinda way. you know, but it stead of panty-shot after another, you see girls pissing them selfs and bewbs flying through the screen n shit.

It depended on where you saw it. Broadcast and Crunchyroll had a steamed up censored version. Cable (ATX, I think) had uncensored titties and piss.
