So technically both car and granny receieved the same force of impact. But a human body and a car's body is not built the same. He was put into temporary arrest for 24 hours and mysteriously committed "suicide" (afaik he hang managed to "himself" without using any kind of stool and his cell-mates noticing:D:D:D)

So well, you can drive without license, but it can end very very badly for you.
