For this list Hitagi would be no.1. However, as a wife she would be quite stressful. I can't shake the feeling you'd have to sleep wearing body armour if shes pissed. So what is required is an equally strong, intelligent but much more stable person. Which is why Tsubasa is ideal.
I choose Senjougahara. My justification is not necessary about the looks, but more about her intelligence. Her sharp tongue and quick wit would get your brain spinning around, thinking how to rebut her arguments...
Plus, she's independent and capable to protect herself with ALMOST anything (of course her speciality is stapler...)
