yeah, people who rides bike should wear leather coat and pants in case they fell, it won't protect them from the impact but will protect them from having their skin scratched on the asphalt, not very pretty, got tons of friends riding on motorcycle, toke only one bad experience to teach them. Boots and helmets are obviously common sense.

Ya cops are notorious for taking bribes in Russia, but so are the Judges and every other official. Usually a cop knows when someone has sufficiently bribed their way or are connected they usually just warn the rich and well connected.

I agree with Splat here. Most legal systems equate money to power to one degree or another. When stuff like bribes becomes commonplace, people start to call this corruption. It's above my head to call things right or wrong, but realizing that the same sort of thing is expressed in different ways all over the place is important if you want to make judgments on anything like this.

1. idiot driver blocks ongoing traffic because they too stupid to move past the crosswalk because they are making a left turn.
2. idiot drivers making a left turn, miss more than 2 opportunities to go because they have no sense of distance of cars on the opposite lane.
3. idiot ppl busy doing god knows what when its a green light.
4. idiot ppl driving 15 mph when its green or no cars in front.
5. idiot ppl who dont signal a left n then brake suddenly n u become stuck behind them trying to get on the right lane where other ppl have enough time to react and you didn't.
6. the list goes on, and i swear i get angrier and angrier when i meet these drivers on the road, my tendency to honk has increased over the years to a point where i hardly tolerate bad drivers.

You better be careful, one day you're going to honk someone as tightly wound and aggresive as yourself, they are going to overreact just like you are, and you'll be in a bad and possible dangerous situation.

That's why insurance companies rake us men over the coals when it comes to premiums. As a man, I must admit, I like to drive fast, drift, ride sportbikes and so on. Accident free? Sure... but I know it's risky.
This gallery shows that women crash cars too, people take pictures of women, and car crashes, and that Sankaku hates women if they're not 2D and naked, but that's not exactly a revelation.
Men get in to accidents because they drive drunk, aggressively, or too fast. Women get in to accidents because they are flighty, terrible at paying attention to what is going on, or are just unable to operate a vehicle with any degree of skill.
There are of course exceptions to both but after years of driving in various countries and areas it gets to be amusing to be able to tell the gender of a driver with a high amount of accuracy without seeing anything but the way their car is moving.
