  It does seems cops are getting stupider every day. You think they would have some sorta mental examination before and during training to weed out people unfit for the job. Tasers are not safe to use on a ten year old and they don’t know any better as far as respecting authority. The father should get full custody of the child as the mother is obviously an unfit parent.
