I had a few family members who drank almost nothing but beer (it was actually surprising when they drank something different every once in a while) when I was younger, and usually they would be too drunk to remember to flush the toilet, so every time I would go to use it I would see an almost orange-ish pee in the toilet(even after mixing with the toilet water that was in there first) and knew it was because of the beer.

So I'm sure its only with water.

It depends on how much urea is in the mix so to speak, generally the concentration of urea builds up if you are slightly dehydrated as the body absorbes most of the non urea liquid so when you pee it is yellow in colour.
so if you drink loads of water or beer the amount of urea becomes diluted and voila pee seems like crystal clear mountain spring water.
