I assume you mean the hand picture.
In the mirror one the towel rack is missing in the mirror. Not to mention the fact that she's not mirrored. As then you'd see half her back instead of her front. As you can't show your back to the mirror and have it show your chest.
I think you've found the problem there: they had to go for double the tits.

I have to be honest. I expected some really smart sexual comedy in Kampfer when I knew what it was about. In the end, I only got a bad plot (with a terrible adaptation - no suspense, no character development, no nothing) with fanservice. Alright, it's a fanservice anime then. Couldn't at least they do the damn drawing right!?
I had struggled to find Kampfer enjoyable after a friend's insistence that the plot might bring up something good. But with the mirror scene, I really gave up on it. Kampfer has just earned my 2009's worst anime title award.

The sexual jokes and whatever had me laughing quite a bit in the first few episodes with Natseru and his partner, but they sort of disappeared

I have a feeling that the towel rack will disappear altogether in the DVD release.
It's not a mirror, it's a huge TV screen showing the live feed from the hidden camera.

It's not a mirror! They must've had a webcam and a giant flatscreen monitor. And there's a delay in the playback so she's not slouched over in the video monitor. Yeah, that's the ticket! :D

Wait, wait, are you guys sure about this? As far as I can tell, the second and fourth picture are there just to complete the meme purposes this has. Int he second picture, the girl is looking intensely at the first picture, then notices what is wrong. The fourth picture then "occurs".

Mirrors don't work that way.
The background has a mirror, so it should be reflecting her back, not her front.
Plus it isn't reflecting that towel rack in front of her.
The reflection in the mirror is all wrong. But animating reflections are always troublesome.
Sidenote, this is why we need Quality Control.
Better no reflection then a bad reflection.
1. Get a generic figma and a small mirror.
2. Take a picture of it.
3. Base yourself on it for the animation.
There, was that so hard? It took me 5 seconds to notice the "mistake". What's wrong with these people? They literally had HOURS to notice the mistake.
Mirror perspective fail is actually pretty obvious.
It would have been funny if they had "accidentally" shown the "camera team" in the mirror.

Everything except that towel rack seems to be mirrored correctly. Although the scale is slightly off. This suggests it may have been added for TV censorship and may vanish in the DVD release.

They definitely didnt copy paste the girl. The size/angle of the boobs, angle of the sleeves, shape of her hair and angle of her shoulders.
It would have been a bit more 'sellable' if the character actually remained the same in the so called reflection.
i'd understand if it was due to lack of time for a rush job or even plain laziness using the old ALT-CTRL-C, ALT-CTRL-V. but unfortunately it isn't... *sigh*

Suigintou's hand MUST have been on purpose... I mean, drawing, coloring, I can't think that THAT picture passed through so many hands without being noticed.

I actually had an issue with the main character's voice as a guy... I dunno, it just doesn't seem to fit the character when he's a guy. While I doubt the DVDs will get a better voice for him, I do hope that screw ups like in that screenshot get corrected...

Looking more carefully at the picture of Natsuru I'd say that instead of only copying pasting they also inverted the image so in my opinion that's why she has bigger boobs and a flatter face but the only way to notice this is by comparing the sleeves of the real Natsuru and the mirrored one. If you guys do then you'll get what I mean.

The towel rack is definitely a "Censor", it is understandable that it is missing from the mirror. Besides the blatant censoring of panties, they need to do more and add in these stealth censors of panties
