As expected of NamcoBandai. One only has to look at their record with DLC for Ace Combat 5, Idolmaster, Dream Club.
I think you meant to say "Ace Combat 6". Also, the DLC for Beautiful Katamari was already on the disk, so Bandai Namco were pretty much charging you money to pay for Unlock Keys.
I'm seriously suspecting this one's DLC is also already in the game's disc, it was also the case with Yoda and Vader in PS3 and 360's SoulCalibur IV, respectively.

Bandai Namco was never much into showing things too much, and that's why it is very good, it has some fanservice, but limited. Fanservice doesn't make a game, but game itself.
I sure hope the extra costumes will be included in the US release if/when it comes out. I'd pay for it no problem, but it gets kinda hard when you have to pre-order the game to get special codes and stuff.

Not that revealing, I thought they were swimsuits. But Namco really knows how to make $, like I have never heard of paying 450yen DLC to increase 10 Levels to all members of your party ! Two "5 Lv Up" DLCs were released as well for 300yen each, so for 1050yen you can instantly increase 20 Lv, and I did that, nuts. I didn't think I would buy those, but with so many games and work, I really don't want to go around killing monsters to build up my levels, I just want to go through the story and events and finish the game before CoDMW2 and Bayonetta.
