I like ecchi, I like the art of blacksmithing, I like swordplay. May not be the deepest or most engaging anime/manga ever, but god damn I love it

It's clear that additional content in the DVD/Blu-Ray release is becoming more common nowadays. Bandai even went as far as omitting scenes for even their Bandai Channel broadcast and instead featuring them exclusively on video. I applaud them for having a very clever marketing strategy and mitigating piracy/fansubs.

Sounds like a desperate sales ploy. Blacksmith is so generic I would prefer it if they spent more time making it more interesting.
And Cecily is the most annoying character in the show. If she spent more time fighting and less time talking she may be halfway decent with a sword.
Having said that, if Aria turned up nude I would be pre-ordering right now.

I wouldn't recommend Play Asia since they are $20 more then CD Japan. I was surprised to see it that expensive when going to the site.

Now I have a better reason to watch this show.

I always like Manglobe shows, but this one is not so good.. They usually make brilliant original series, but seiken no blacksmith is a generic manga adaptation, i guess that's the problem..
The action scenes are pretty good, though
