The manga was available in my country (I've bought vol.1 - 6 already).
When this was announced into an anime, I was quite happy but knowing it'll be massacred by censors....Arrrrgggggg !!
There was another title done by the same artist & author of Seikon no Qwaser (also Mai-Hime/Otome/Otome Arashi) called VITA Sexualis which is still ongoing and of course not to mention it shared the same theme like Seikon no Qwaser & Mai-Hime/Otome (maybe not as extreme as SnQ yet...)

Manga is shit, nothing great about it. Obviously the nudity and borderline hentai is what keeping it alive. I expect the anime is going to be boring shit as it's going to be massively censored until the DVDs.
people need to understand that stuff like this and Queen's Blade are in a genre of it's own. like Slasher flicks. There is a large audience for people wanting to see anime like this so why not fill the appetites? Just like with slasher flicks or any genre, there is a scale of quality like any other. I think the problem is people tend to see manga and anime like this together with all the other animes and say "oh this just has tits going for it, it sucks, it's got nothing worthwhile going for it" but the thing is, a lot of people rather see ero like this than outright hentai, so for a lot of people it does actually have something worthwhile and of value going for it. People watch martial arts films to see how skillful the martial arts will be, people see murder mysteries to see how suspenseful it can get, people see dramas to see how dramatic the story gets, people see slasher films to see how gruesome it can get, people watch micheal bay films to see how big the spectacle and cg effects can get, and people see ecchi anime to see how hot the ecchi can get (and how close the the border it can get, lol).
So i tell you, for me and many others, stuff like QB, Ikkitousen, etc is NOT boring as shit, it is very exciting and entertaining from my POV, as well as others' POV. And I look forward to this doing the same.
