That girl in that manga is Takigawa Christel, she was Fuji TV "News Japan" star, but she was fired because she was gaijin.

But she became really famous, (she did also some SHISEIDO cms).

Now that was quick, it's been only a month and a half since the general election. With Hatoyama having "ET" for a nickname due to his resemblance to one, it won't be long before we get a lot of sci-fi manga speculating as to how he became PM as well. LOL at Rozen Aso's party name, rather than the usual "Ji-min-tou" (è�ªæ°�å�� Liberal Democratic Party), it's now called the "Ji-in-tou" (è�ªæ·«å��), literally the "Self Erotic Party", which more or less means the "Self Onani-ism Party". BTW What's the name of that manga?
