The recent boom in “konkatsu,” parties to help those seeking the ideal marriage partner meet, has run into trouble: reportedly, women always outnumber men by a large margin at these events.
Previously these events had been characterised by many men seeking desirable brides, but now they are said to consist chiefly of women hunting the ideal husband of their dreams, with a particular emphasis on his earning potential.

The poor can't find women because they want money
Women don't realize that men see women who want money as whores.
If you decide to get married, you're better off finding someone you can get along well with, and who makes close to the same amount of money.
Instead of earning $60K and getting a lazy partner, You can both work to Earn around $40K each. Less laziness and more money that way. Also, with 2 people working, if one gets laid off, the marriage has less chance of failing due to finances.
The slight issue of that is that women in Japan earn like 65% of one a man does for the equivalent job. Which means she's going to be working a whole lot damn harder for that $40K.
Not that I'm defending the gold-diggers hunting for millionaires. Both ought to work, but one has to realize that a middle-class man and a middle-class woman make rather different salaries.
Isn't that partially because women in general in Japan only work "until they get married" and don't plan on working their whole lives, and so pay little interest in their salaries?
Not that it's perfectly balanced in the rest of the world - women in general seem very bad at demanding higher salaries while men are more keen on it. But I'd wager a guess it's a bigger problem in Japan than, say, England.
That....is a very good idea. Don't forget the 'take turns caring for the house' because the home still has to be kept clean and there are kids to raise (though nurseries are there to help take care of them until they reach elementary school).
Problem is, however, the women just want to be lazy. The men might also want to be lazy. Both are either trying to leech off each other, or avoid each other because of the (remarkably high) chances of landing a leech!

Some examples: There are 5 or 6 girls in my school I'm interested in. One I actually saw quite a bit of for awhile. The more I learned about her though the less I was interested. This would prevent any of us from having to dirty our hands with these tasks personally and would allow society to keep moving right along. Just because the future will likely be very different than the past doesn't mean that there won't be a future at all.

Marriage rates have been in steady decline in the developed world for over 30 years, and the institution of marriage hasn't made real sense in almost a century. Getting married is largely pointless in modern times. The institution of marriage is a relic of preindustrial society in which people needed to find a partner and raise a family so as to provide themselves with a cheap source of labor (children) that they would then use to help them survive. In the past, children were a source of real wealth who helped their parents farm, do chores, did work, etc. and made real, positive contributions to the economic condition of their families. In modern times, unlike in the past, children are a huge financial drain and don't provide any sorts of economic or standard of living improvements to those who raise them, so the incentive to start families is largely gone. The need for a partner to help you care for that family is also fading accordingly. As society continues to evolve, fewer and fewer people are going to be willing to make the largely unrewarded sacrifices that go along with getting married and raising children. Maybe, if society is to survive in the long term, government will have to take over the function of reproduction via some kind of automated process. Brave New World, anyone?

This is pure bullshit. None of this is true, especially the part about women getting payed less just because they're female. Women - on average - make less than men because women - on average - do different work than men and they work less. Studies have repeatedly shown that when you compare men and women working in the same occupation, with the same level of education, same level of seniority, same level of experience and who work the same number of hours, that there is no statistical difference between the pay men and women receive. Warren Farrell (a feminist) wrote a book that goes over this in detail. The book is called "Why Men Earn More" and you should check it out:

Bullshit. The only thing I've ever seen that would even hint at this are findings that married men tend to have better health than unmarried men. However, the reason for that better health has been shown to be a result of better diet and more regular doctor visits. A man doesn't have to be married to eat better and go in for checkups. On the flip side, divorced men - of which half of all married men will eventually become - have been shown to have a plethora of health, economic and social ills compared to never married men in the same age group. So, any marginal advantage marriage even *might* confer is pretty well neutralized by the 50/50 statistical risk of divorce and the ill effects that would bring.
tl;dr - Society isn't forcing females to be gold diggers with any form of terrible discrimination against women, and men don't lose anything by just saying 'no' to such exploitation.

Here the problem, there remains a strong unspoken discrimination towards women in the workplace in Japan the only way Japanese women would make more money is ether being Famous,have a PHD, and last marry a Rich man to have Children with.While Men face the diffrent issue with women because now Japanese women are discriminating men on there social status of Income.

There's some sense in that. First of all, we have to find out just how much women are making versus the men in the Japanese workplace. If we do find some kind of "salary ceiling" with the women's incomes, then your opinion holds water.
Last time I checked, Japanese women weren't starving in the streets unable to avail themselves of food and shelter without some man's money to buy it for them. Japanese women can certainly find jobs that will provide for them and their needs. To say that the idea that Japanese women are justified in marrying for money because they can't earn enough to satisfy themselves on their own is thus no different than saying that it's OK for them to be gold diggers because that's possibly the most expedient way for them to climb into the income bracket that affords them the lifestyle they want.
Yeah, they can get jobs no problem considering now Japan faces a serious labor shortage in the coming years as its population ages.
