With the Index BD extras there are some light novels dedicated to Biri biri
This just made me started to watch it.
Biri Biri anime is a dime a dozen and i certainly hope that JC stops wasting time and gets to the main plot.Their's still the Sisters to deal with.Touma showing up/trying to sneak past Mikoto was cool.Seems to me Railgun may take place before the events of Index.All in all i hope Touma/Index get a direct sequel SOON.If Railgun is going to be an 80% Biri Biri anime, then it won't hold my attention long.There's other anime out there where Biri Biri has it's place as a plot device but Railgun isn't one of 'em..if they try to force it, it won't stay popular long and won't nearly live up to Index.
Just read the Railgun manga and you'll stop being confused. It's a spinoff from Misaka's point of view. If you're looking for a continuation of Index, then wait a couple more seasons, (hopefully.)
Don't worry this season will be 13 at max. next seasib,Index 2, and next to that you will have MOAR RAILGUN HELL YEAH!!

As anonymous 12:54 stated,the DVD release of strike witches US version will be unedited and uncensored. Only the streamed episodes on funimation's website will be censored,and that's episode 3 and 4 at the moment.
I can see it being banned in the UK, but the US will eat it up and line the shelves of Best Buy with it.
