It was pretty good up to 54secs. The yui looked good, and I say nodoka passes inspection but the others were "meh". And yui looks really bad in some shots. Also mugi's eyebrows are not big enough.

They did a pretty good job. Character inaccuracies aside, I think it's a good illustration of why 2D translates poorly to 3D.
Movements, expressions, and such which we accept as "normal" in 2D just look/sound forced, wrong, or just plain bizarre in 3D.

It's forgivable in a cartoon; it takes a lot of effort to duplicate the guitarists' hand positions and exact drum hits to a believable level, but few will pay close enough attention to notice. So they mostly just aim to make the broader movements in time with the beat.
When you've got live-action actors miming the instruments poorly and not even on the beat, it's beyond obvious.
