It depends how you define a friend.
As someone you just are in good terms with then it is possible but as an activity partner, it is unlikely especially outside school/work.

I've never been able to have female friends either, all women want is sex, it's really annoying. I get on better with girls, but after a month or so they're inviting themselves into my room in their sexiest lingerie.
