I love breasts, but when I look at a list of demands I have for a game to be worthy of my collection, breast jiggling never pops up. I'd argue that the time and energy put into this feature would have been better spent fixing something else within the game, but honestly, they probably had all the pieces already implemented and just had to whip up a code to send the jiggle physics over to the tilt function of the controller.
