A schoolboy has been arrested for sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl.
The 16-year-old boy, in his second year at a Kyoto area high school, happened upon a 4-year-old girl at a wholesale store.
He soon succumbed to curiosity and lifted up her skirt. Encountering no resistance, he then removed her pantsu, and began touching her.
Her mother detected the crime and police were able to identify the boy due to the fact that he had apparently been in full view of security cameras.
Upon his arrest for indecent assault, he explained his crime: “I did it because the little girl didn’t resist.”
