I agree that it was indeed wrong. Traumatic however? Trauma usually involves pain or extreme suffering, the girl in this case was most likely extreamly confused and rather scared, but someone having a traumatic experience is either screaming in pain, crying, or otherwise begging/screaming/running

Children especially are designed to make noise when they are frightened or in danger, so we could prolly safely assume she wasn't in trauma

You can know what's happening when you're 4. Being 4 doesn't mean you're not consenting (though clearly it's not legal, law labels minors as not given capacity). However, not resisting is not consent, because sometimes we do not resist out of fear.
