A father has been charged with sexually abusing his eight-year-old daughter after being reported for kissing her in public.

My sis is very close to my dad and hugs him alot in public; my sis is 24 and my dad is close to 60, and I always fear that one day someone will see it and label it as "immoral".
Race is also another issue here. The couple didn't know the Italian was her father because of his white skin in contrast with her brown skin tone. If both were of the same color and race, the couple would less likely suspect them.

He can't change residence wothout telling the justice system, he can't stay more than 8 days out of his resident city in Italy and he should be present in all the meetings in his process.
As a brazilian I am sad to say, but were I in his shoes, I would embark to Italy right away and once there, I would give brazilian justice system the middle finger and never ser foot again in the country.
