I watched the dvd version and there are no nipples drawn in so either that picture is fake or there is more then one version of the dvd.

  look at the “two huge comparison images”, there isn’t scene from 1st pic, but there are couple scenes where could be nipples too… but… seen dvdrip 5th ep(4 encodes) – no nipples, so saki dvd – not “fully uncensored” don’t be fooled ^^
