What a weird story. That kid must have had serious problems. He must have been depressed or insane or something. I'm glad he felt guilty, because lifting a girl's skirt is really mean. I remember getting my skirt lifted when I was in high school. OMG, it was really terrible. I thought I would die! The dude got into serious trouble, but I know he didn't feel guilty about humiliating me! Not at all, he thought it was funny.

This story proves to me yet again that forcing someone into a mold results in disaster. I did things that were way worse than simply lifting skirts when I was this kid's age. In my case it was more like jamming objects in girl's asses as they walked by on the bus, and I don't recall really ever being reprimanded.
I regret some of the silly juvenile things I did when I was a kid, but I knowledge that all of my experiences, both good and bad make me the well-rounded productive person I am today. In other words, I grew up.

For all I know, you could try to end your life if you murder someone and get cought, but not for that...

I have absolutely no sympathy for anyone who commits or attempts to commit suicide. If you're such a loser that you decide to kill yourself, then you deserve to be mocked. There are exemptions, of course, such as medical depression that wasn't helped sooner or cases where the alternative to death is truly worse than death itself (privation and torture during wartime comes to mind), but for the most part, people who commit suicide are a waste of space and really should have killed themselves sooner so as to free up resources for the people who wouldn't waste it.

I remember that, when I was 13, lifting schoolgirls' skirts merely resulted in hand shaped blushes on my smiling face. They only sent to the counseling room for things like beating each other unconscious or breaking school equipment in large quantities for no apparent reason. Now that's how you raise happy productive members of society!
