Well, it COULD if these guys were getting some with someone who they were sexually compatible with!
Fact is, if pedosexuality were made LEGAL and children were allowed to be propositioned IN PUBLIC for sexual encounters, I doubt these things would be happening much anymore.
Hell, I wonder how this guy was able to get away with this or even get down there to pat the damned girl.
