I also own all 3 consoles. Though personally I prefer the Xbox just because of the games on it (and has nothing to do with FPS, most of my games aren't FPS), people who argue over what's better are childish and stupid. I have news for you all: YOU'RE ALL WRONG. NO! PS3 isn't better than Xbox! NO! Xbox isn't better than PS3!! Why? Because it's a matter of fucking opinion. Therefore, it varies by person. One cannot be better than the other, for "better" is all in the mind... and most of you have proven you cannot use your mind.

The first pict are from pre-rendered FMV, the second picts use the actual in-game engine. Apples to oranges, you can't really compare and say the game was degraded.

RE1= psx, saturn, pc etc

RE2= psx, n64, pc etc

RE3= psx, dreamcast, pc etc

RECodeVeronica= dreamcast, ps2, gamecube

RE4= gamecube, ps2, wii, pc, cellphones(including zeebo)

RE5= ps3, xbox360, pc

RE gun survivor= psx pc

gun survivor2= arcade, ps2

gun survivor3= dino crisis do not count

gun survivor 4 and outbreak series=finaly, only ps2

umbrella chronicles series= only wii(whoops!)

Having said that Splinter cell > MGS is A TOTAL FAIL! Sorry but i can't help myself saying that you're a dipshit blind fanboy lmao.

Crysis was not even on the PS3.

Bioshock is on the PS3 FYI.

Red Faction has a 360 version as well.

Timesplitters is not yet released on the PS3, and most likely will be multiplatform as well.

Killzone 2 clunky controls? Please i guess you just heard about the news about it, but it's already patched and plays like COD's controls.

Final Fantasy sequels (except the spin-offs) are supposed to be PLAYSTATION-EXCLUSIVE.

But, since XBOX games are so sucky, I guess Square Enix gave them a chance to make the most out of the 360. XD

The original pics were clearly from a pre-rendered FMV used to conceptualize several scenarios from the game. Designers do it all the time.

However, if the games was made specifically for either one of the platforms, and was built around the strength of the platform, it could have ended up looking almost identical to the FMVs. This would have been easier to do, if Square had developed it for the PS3 only, so they could have optimized it for it's hardware and built around the fabulous Cell - Processor.
