That's because you're a newb, all the consoles use PC 3D graphics hardware, console graphics would not be as state of the art without the PC.
Nintendo and Xbox use ATI radeon graphics chips, PS3 uses Nvidia.
Original Xbox was an Intel PC, it's amazing how clueless console people are.
Fact is most new console gamers didn't grow up on the NES/SNES generation of consoles and so missed out on a tonne of games that defined their modern descendant genre's everything console gamers played today existed more then 20 years ago.

I myself is more of a PC gamer than a console gamer, however I must say that PC gaming (online) has its fair share of problem, which console don't seem to have (if I'm not mistaken)- there are tonnes of cheaters, hackers, botters etc.
Take COD4 (PC) for example...cheaters are everywhere, and for mmorpgs that are too many botters.
It is much more difficult to cheat/hax on the console platform than the PC I believe.
But I won't doubt that there are bunch of 10 years old think the PC versions of the games is 'superior', because it allows them to rely on cheats instead of their own skill.
Of course they would have to make Cammy do that flip throw move with her thighs. Ai ya. ^^;;

this nude filter is being worked on by a german blog community site that specializes in nude patches it all started by replacing segments of tight clothing textures with skin textures,(e.g: replacing tight pants with the same skin tone..etc.), and you see how far its progress here....
Are they not just changing the hue tones of the outfits the women wear...making them as close to skin color as possible? You can still see the outlines of the costume at 00:12 sec of the vid. If they were changing the actual textures, they would have done the whole body to make it seamless.
Anyway, the best part of this vid is definitely 00:57 sec during Cammy's "Muff Mauler Maneuver"!

The Japanese people managed to make video game revive, but the result is that most games are released on consoles.
Why? Because Microsoft & Apple are both American, not Japanese.
