What is the significance of one eye green and one eye red?
The Vivio image has it, but, I've noticed it in various anime, mostly a character has it eg. Suiseiseki in Rozen Maiden, but, sometimes a character has it just in a scene eg. Aeru when she is dismembering the dead pilot to get it out of her Simoun.
