pokemon has become so awesome theyre starting to build their own army.

Soon, our very own Ita-Poke-vehicles and merchandise will be tracked down - with hopes of gathering the largest Techno-pokemon-otaku army known to man - largely consisting of 19 year olds, who were fans of the product back in their childhood, and still are now (secretly).
Nothing secret about it. I'm 20 and openly say I love pokemon.
I then get teased by thirteen year olds...

The SA-10 has a much larger missile canister (twisce the size) than this so I doubt it.
That isn't a canister, it's part of the radar system, that's why you got lightning bolts and Pikachu all over it.

It's not an SA10 (SA10 is a trailer mounted launcher, and that looks like a truck cab and flatbed).
Nobody said it was the launcher - it appears to be part of the radar trailers.
The radars the SA10 uses don't look like that one, the type of trucks used are also different. If anything it more closely resembles a N-11. But I don't think its an N-11 either.
