It's like Gurren Lagann all over again, with the animations and all. It's not even yuri intended, only the ED is.
Yeah, when you see the actual show, you'll wonder where in the hell this came from...(Though I guess it's mostly because of the fact that currently none of those characters have appeared yet.)
haha, the ending is so random compared to the rest of the anime (though it is only episode 1). Looks like ill have to read and watch Needless though, if the ED is a sign of things to come. =)

Much to my disappointment, I have to agree that only the ED was worthwhile. The rest of the show consisted pretty much of superhumans engaging in violence so don't expect much yuri out from it.
I thought I watched the wrong show when I saw the OP until those 3 characters in the ED appeared briefly.
Btw, the director did Kamen no Meido Guy (a rather obscure comedy) and Strawberry Panic (pro-yuri).

Actually, the reason this made news is that the ED...feels TOTALLY out of touch with the actual anime. Watch the OP for Needless and tell me if you could have guessed those are for the same anime. Yeah, the show had fanservice, but not like the ED does. I have no clue what the deal is with the ED, but the goddamn song is catchy.
