First of all, she doesn't capture the spirit of Rei at all.
Rei would never strike "cute" poses. Also, she's almost smiling in some of those pics; Rei would be completely indifferent.
I sometimes wonder if these cosplayers even know who they are cosplaying.
Second, she is too fat; not for a normal person, but for Rei, who is supposed to be a really athletic super-human.

She's much more expressive than Rei, which is bad for the cosplay accuracy level but good for her in every other aspect. I'm not into doormat-like girls.
