Even though Queen's Blade has ended, Juuden-Chan has replaced it's empty space on ATX today and it's first EP has already aired (waiting for the first torrent now) and now, more QB released today too! :D Good times.
Aw, I was hoping for a few scenes to be extended a little bit in the dvd release of the episodes. Some scenes just seemed oddly shortened to me for some reason so I was hoping for something like that. Maybe a few extra frames put in for smother animation purposes?
Cant wait for it to come out in Australia, fuking one of the last countries to get the dvds available.

And people were wondering how they could give "DVD Extras".
I'd say the mini-OVA is a great bonus for a DVD that would more or less would be a 16:9 version of the AT-X episodes.

The 25th of June. :) On this date, Juuden-chan has replaced QB season 1's time slot on ATX, and we also get more QB in the form of the first DVD/BD release and a bonus! Yes, this is an awesome day! I've managed to get hold of EP1 of Juuden-chan (dling) but no sign of the bonus OVA yet.
Thank you for the update! People who are afraid that the end of the first season of Queen's Blade leaves a void may consider checking out Fight Ippatsu Juuden-chan. I also cannot wait to be able to see the first Queen's Blade OVA!

As of yet it's not. And unfortunately it's not likely that it ever will. Maybe they'll bring them over with an adult rating on it after all the DVDs have been released in Japan, which will be at the end of this year, but even then I think our societies will blow a gasket.
It won't arrive in America anytime soon, the company who made it doesn't allow the licensing of many of its products and to my knowledge nearly any since funimation took over. Still funimation did license strike witches so who knows? Either way if they do bring it over here I'll buy it simply for the sake of sticking it to the feminists. If something like the ban of eroge happens in the United States you can be sure as hell that people in America will fight. Ikkitousen-ish ova should be interesting at the very least the school uniform is nice.
