When i saw the episode I was struck by how well done that sequence was compared to 90% of the rest of the show...Saki almost looked human for a second there as she went flying past the camera.

Will be interesting to see what the DVD or Blue-Ray versions of this anime have done to it. I love Nopan.
Anyway the anime itself is interesting to say the least. Sadly haven't managed to watch too much of it but that will change. It is highly recommended to watch Akagi prior to seeing this anime (a bit easier to understand the rules and simply awesome).
Saki is definitely not wearing any.

As for me, I love SAKI!!!
The plot is lame, the characters are generic, the mah-jong is unreal, and the writing is uninspired.
Yet, I watch this anime...
Partly because Saki is not wearing any, mostly because I enjoy the Yuri.
Ppl watch degenerated shows such as this for the sole purpose of fapping materials, and moeblobs... I mean, the mahjong is completely stupid, and isn't even focused on too much, and there's nothing else in the show, except near-porn, and overrated, under-shown mahjong...
