He will only have a hard time if you guys out there in mainstream society, obsessed with sex, as if missing a few ugly bits was that much of a disability or failure.

I was born without penis OR testicles. The cause was faulty Leydig / Sertoli cells.

I am now 46 years old and am happy. Mainstream society was very xenophobic but, and you will be surprised, the nudist community accepted me as equal. I am now nudist, have my own webside and, because naturists taught me to be, I am proud of my body! And so should this kid be proud!

The full male transplant has yet to be done. Too many prosthetic parts!

But whoever the parents are, please, please, please do NOT give him a sex change. He IS 46xy karyotype male as God intended. Do NOT cheat him out of his masculinity. He will still develop and CAN have children because his testicles will grow and the spermatazoa can be extracted and banked at that time. In that way he has far more advantages than me. Take it from me, a life without sex is not even a problem if you were not meant to have it. If only the world had less sex, there would be less rape, child abuse, even war (discuss separately)!

He is a boy and will become a man. Better to die than to lose your true self! Repeat: This boy, this male child, nust NOT be cheated out of his masculinity.
