I noticed a lot of rom sites used that as an excuse making it seem like it was alright to download as long as you delete it with 24 hours.

But i’ve never seen anyone refer to that ‘rule’ anymore. Downloading most things are illegal, it’s more about if the publisher is willing to do anything.

A lot of people don’t like you saving pictures from websites for example, some even disable right click as an attempt to stop you. But either way, roms are almost always illegal.

  Last time I checked R1-R3 doesn’t exist, M3 came first then R4, I’m not sure what came before M3 though, then there is N5 and G6, but i’m not sure if any of the people who run these are linked. I do know that M3 and R4 are almost identical except R4 got firmware just before M3, but R4 is dead now I believe. Best $40 I ever spent still.

  Aren’t they only outlawed in japan right now? Either way, there not that easy to come by in Australia(WA that is) But when you can buy them as cheap as they are online, who really cares.

  Yeah but money wise, R4′s and alike were selling like hotcakes. He probably made a nice profit, but no amount of profit is worth jail IMO.
