Tentacle grips are common in everything!! Especially mahou shoujos. People who watch them know that its very standard for the villain to disable the heroines in gloating scenes. The use of phallic tentacles is more common then simple bands of light.

I watch certain Mahou Shoujo shows (the extended length ones I tend to avoid, but that's the case with most series for me. Longer tends to mean more pointless filler; obviously, exceptions exist...) also mostly for the chara dev and plot progression.
However, Sankaku Complex is the last place I'd go to in attempts to be "pure hearted". I come here because I'm open-minded about a reasonable number of things...And to find things that'll make me LMAO. (If you even remotely frequent this site, you should be well aware of the type of audience it attracts and that most content posted here is for entertainment purposes; info is secondary...I think...Hell, only Artefact knows the real point of this site...Maybe...Fun site BTW, Artefect, if you're reading this :p )
