The conclusion of K-ON! has brought a new epithet for the series, “K-ON! is Our Raison D’être”, which has been accepted as official by 2ch.
However, there are many other such anime truisms circulating on 2ch, and a list of them has been circulating for years. Periodically, new anime are added to the list by a decision making process which is not fully understood, but as it has given rise to such self-evident (to 2ch at any rate) truisms as “Clannad is Life“, “Touhou is Religion” and “Hatsune Miku is the Light of Truth” it is clearly worthy of further study.

The actual process by which these are made generally appears to be someone using the phrase or one similar to it in a thread, after which the line is approved by some unknown process and someone posts the list with the latest addition and “←New!” written next to it…

Somewhat surprised to see ARIA in that list. It doesn't seem like 2ch material.
ARIA is a famous manga, so it was not a surprise for me to see it on that list. It has won best manga award for its category, the anime is just as good as the manga IMO.
ARIA is the only series I've ever gone fanboy over. But you're right - it doesn't seem like 2ch material. Far too pure and innocent.
That said, I approve of its designation. ARIA as reality sounds pretty darn sweet to me.

K-oN is a great anime but beginning episode 10 of the series - it begin downhill, I mean the usual setting and plot was re-use from the early episodes (it's becoming old). I wish they introduce more plot and setting otherwise it will be just recycle all over again
It repeats because life repeats. Days, weeks, months, years, they all repeat. Especially in school. Remember Azumanga Daioh? You got everything 3 times there. Why? Because it's a slice-of-life covering the 3 years of high school. I only wish K-On! could do the same.
true that, as students for 3 years, expect repetition of settings. what we need here are fresh contents (jokes etc.). kyoani did fine until episode 9. IMO episode 10 isn't so fresh in term of content as a repetition of beach setting. good thing they don't repeat the same mistake in episode 11. yes, episode 11 was fresh though less jokes there.

agreed, the 10th episode was a repetition of beach episode, and what's worse is it's nothing very different from the 4th episode. that was a bad move from kyo ani, since there's actually still a lot of unused comedic material from the manga. but do you think episode 11 is also a repetition? IMO episode 11 was pretty fresh
