    This is sadly quite true. Many of the posters here are no doubt put off just cos it was by a Chinese circle. And unfortunately China doesn't have the best reputation for the best quality products, so it's a shame some talented circles have to suffer for it.

    hey guys ,does this Mio dakimakura has anything to do with China??
    i checked their homepage,apparently the Doujin circle is Japanese OK?
    if u have a little bit understanding of China,u should figuer out that the dakimakura can't be made by China,for 2 reason,1st ,the authorities imposed censorship on the Hentai,erotic stuff(especially Japanese manga,Hentai-games and something like that),a dakimakura like this must't be passed by the authorities
    2nd,as far as im concerned,the sample looks pretty good,actually i don't think Chinese Doujin circle can make such a good stuff

    maybe i uttered some absurdities before for i never knew that ...well,i admit that i looked down upon Chinese Doujin circles/manga artists before

    Doujin circles in China do not commercialize their products on a wide scale. The doujinshis are only to be seen on numerous anime conventions, which government cannot care less.

    Looks like fanart but that would be expected. I would say it's well done as far as mio fan art goes but I'm one of the few (probably) who likes it when fanartists draw her tits bigger. I don't think ive seen too many dakimuras that show exposed breasts and vagina too.

    Sometimes the "official" art suffers from this, too.

    I'm no DFC-lover, but I hate it when females in anime/manga are drawn with bigger breasts than they started with, just because it's "increase ratings" week or something.

    Designers and artists, stay true to the originally-published/aired design!

    Similarly, I dislike character designs which suffer from MMMN disease.

    "What's that?", you ask?

    "MMMN" stands for "Mysteriously Migrating/Missing Nipples".

    I've seen anime females drawn with 38DD-class breasts, who either had no nipples at all, or nipples which mysteriously migrate with each clothing change (no matter how skimpy the top, or at what angle the remaining fabric crosses her body) so as to never be exposed.

    You don't wanna show me the nip, that's fine, but don't draw her in a skimpy, super-low-cut top and expeect me to believe her nipples are missing, or hiding at 45 degrees off-center!

    Either show the nipples, or put clothing over where they _ought_ to be.

    I don't know about most anime fans but I've gotten used to being pretty damn lenient with the art and animation in tv anime and even manga. It's not like with anime movies where more care and attention is payed towards smaller things. The way they're created are just completely different. One could say that some works are forced to be more rushed than others depending on different circumstances like budget, employee count, and time constraints. In such cases it isn't so easy to make sure everyone working on an anime gets something like breast size perfectly consistent.

    But otaku always have to look at things with a microscope, frame by frame, so I guess it can't be helped. It's just the nature of otaku.

    Japanese chara goods are made in China due to cheaper production costs, as are a lot of goods around the world...only designers and artists are Japanese and now usually production artists are from S. Korean studios with Japanese management lol

    so unless weeabou somehow purchase strictly Japanese chara goods made in Japan (unlikely, and also very limited selection), theyre hypocrites
